    Time: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
    Event Description:
Cape May- Cape May Stage is proud to present a reading of ?On the Flipside? by Iraisa Ann Reilly. Iraisa Ann is a South Jersey resident that began her career at the Cape May Stage as an intern. Iraisa Ann is not only an inspiring playwright but also an accomplished actor with the Walnut Street Theatre touring outreach program and Cape May Stage. Iraisa uses her Cuban heritage and South Jersey roots as inspiration. It was during a playwriting class at the Barrow Group of NY where Iraisa Ann developed the pieces that would form ?On The Flipside? including a bilingual piece that will feature her mother Iraisa C. Orihuela-Reilly. ?On the Flipside? is a series of ten minute plays in which the vignettes presented in act 1 (side a) are fulfilled in act 2 (side b). Its a look at the millennial generation, growing up in a world where everything is changing quickly, the bottom is falling out of the economy and your only choice it to chase your dreams. Collectively, these plays pose the questions "What will we remember?" and "What will we forget?" and how will that affect us when we come out on the other side.
