Depart Cape May on the 9:30 or 10:30 Ferry to reach Lewes for a Trolley tour featuring the many historic maritime highlights of Lewes: Observation Towers in Cape Henlopen State Park, Fort Miles, various lighthouses, ice breakers, the Cape Henlopen Reporting Station and Quarantine Station, the Menhaden fishing industry, Delaware Pilots, Lewes Beach, the Overfalls, the Lewes Life Saving Station, the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal; tour guide will explain the role of Lewes in the War of 1812 and discuss pirates and shipwrecks. After your hour long tour, you may enjoy the remainder of the day exploring Lewes, or board a shuttle to the Tanger Outlets. You may return to Cape May on any Lewes Ferry Departure.
