    Calling all chefs! Our kids? cooking class is back by popular demand! Bring your little chefs to roll out some fun this Spring Break and learn how to cook like the pros! Join Congress Hall?s own Executive Chef Jeremy, Chef Dan, and Pastry Chef Shante and learn the tricks of the trade. First, roll out our pizza dough and choose your favorite toppings. Then, make your own empanada and layer a fruit and yogurt trifle with crunchy granola. For dessert, create your own cookie dough truffles with all of your favorite ingredients. Last but certainly not least, eat all of your creations in the Blue Pig Tavern! Each child receives their own chef?s hat and apron. Spacing for this event is very limited and must be booked in advance.
