Cape May Forum's Annual Dinner Returns Thursday, April 10 from 6-9 pm. Come out and dine green on Thursday, April 10 from 6 to 9 pm. Cape May Forum partners with Congress Hall for a fourth annual hosting of Forum on the Green: Farm-to-Table Dinner at Congress Hall." Congress Hall's Farm-to-Table expert, Executive Chef Jeremy Einhorn, will craft a unique dining experience, with the freshest ingredients from Beach Plum Farm, from JAH's Creation Organic Farms (CSA), and other local sources. Join CMF and friends in the Congress Hall Ballroom at 6pm for an unforgettable five-course dinner, beginning with appetizers of locally made cheeses and baked breads, and a raw-bar of fresh Cape May Salts from Delaware Bay, provided by Atlantic Capes Fisheries. There will be a cash bar. At 7pm, guests sit down to a hearty Beach Plum Farm Borscht, followed by a choice of unique main courses - House Made Ricotta Gnocchi, Airline Chicken Breast, Local Flounder, and Vegetable or Coal-fired goat ragouts. Guests will enjoy a farm fresh salad, and finish with a special Chocolate Beet Cake. A complimentary glass of wine from local vineyards is offered with dinner. Vegetarian options are available.
