    Event Description:
    Cape May Forum announces its annual Farm to Table Dinner on Thursday, April 2 at Congress Hall from 6 to 9 pm. The proceeds from this evening are used to support the Educational Programs of Cape May Forum.  Come and enjoy a scrumptious dinner with perfectly matched wines, and support a great cause in the Jeremy Einhorn, Executive Chef of Congress Hall, has created a unique 5-course dinner made from the freshest local ingredients. The cocktail hour includes Cape May Salt Oysters, Local Scallops, and delicious cheeses all served with a white Sangria. The dinner menu includes a Baby Kale and Romaine Goat Cheese Salad, a Carrot-Ginger Bisque and your choice of Beach Plum Farm Pork, Cornish Game Hen, Local Flounder "En Papillote", or Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers.   The dinner bread will be provided by Elizabeth (of Cape May Point fame) and served with our very own local honey.  Strawberry shortcake will be served for dessert.  In addition, each course will be paired with a local wine and beer offering, personally introduced by the vintner or brewer.
